Imenu is a fast and cool module which displays a sliding menu in the "Mac" way.It's free and opensource, native for Joomla! 1.5  and released under GNU/GPL2.0 license.In order to use Imenu just install it as a standard module, edit its configuration from Extensions -> Modules management and select:
- which menu has to be displayed with this style ( you can only have 1 Imenu per site )
- background color ( currently avaible: black, green, red, yellow, blue )
- SEF/SEO configuration, according to your Joomla! configuration
Then you have to assign a specific image to each menu item.In order to do this just:
- upload menu items images in your /images/stories/ folder
- edit ( through menus management ) each menu item assigning an image to every item ( from System parameters )

Related links component for Joomla lets you create relationships between one article and another. Instead of using keywords in the meta data - we took inspiration from Jonathon Cameron's Attachment component and made a similar type extension with related links.
Commisioned by Joomkit and coded by Kevin Epps, this lets you actually link one article to another and dispaly the relaed item in a module or in the foot of the article.

Display options
You can choose whether to render the links within the article itself in the footer or as a module.
Installation:
Unzip folder and install the four items through the joomla install interface. Publish the editor button and the plugin. Next time you edit an article you can click a related link button below the WYSIWYG editor to make a link. A component called related links lets you manage your related links in one place. |
